Raging out of eastern Canada is Montreal’s Black Ships. They have that ugly-yet-catchy, crust influenced hardcore sound that seems to thrive over there, comparable to bands like Uranus and His Hero is Gone. But Black Ships also seem to draw from bands such as Buried Inside and One Eyed God Prophecy, with longer songs and drawn out riffs that pummel you from start to finish.
