More Hope Con Shirts

The Hope Conspiracy has been getting a lot of love from us lately. What can I say? I think they’re a great band and they’ve been cranking out the shirts on a regular basis. The latest is another great… wait for it… skull design from Delaney Jae (Sworn In). Featuring a Seargent D-esque German war helmet adorned skull along with and array of bombs, swords, coffins, playing cards, and lightning bolts this shirt is pretty badass. The two color version is printed using a process called “discharge” which apparently invovles bleaching the design into the shirt rather than printing directly on top of it. I’m guessing it leaves a softer and lighter feel to the shirt. They also posted a pic of the Hang Your Cross t-shirt with a HUGE print of the 7″ cover art.
I just got the ‘Hang Your Cross’ limited 7″ and it’s fucking great. I think the title track is up there as one of my fave Hope Con songs. The packaging featuring a sweet 2 color screenprint of the Aaron Horkey design is beautiful. If ‘Hang Your Cross’ is any indication of things to come, their upcoming full-length ‘Death Knows Your Name’ is gonna be killer.
