Ghost Brigade Thick as Blood shirt

One month into spring, and mother nature thought it would be funny to bring a foot of snow and a windchill of -22°C last weekend. Seeing seagulls flying around in the middle of a snowstorm, wondering if they got their dates wrong, is pretty funny. But the Finns that make up Ghost Brigade are no strangers to the cold. I’m guessing it gives them lots of time to write top notch dark, melancholic, heavy ass tunes. Their debut album Guided by Fire was one of my favorites last year.

I missed the boat on this one, but about a month ago Ghost Brigade released a new shirt, titled Thick as Blood. The design was done by Guitarist Wille Naukkarinen, who also moonlights as a graphic designer under the moniker Hollowman (props for the Entombed reference). Wille was the man behind the amazing packaging for Guided by Fire, and their previous shirt design Branches. Thick as Blood is available from the Ghost Brigade webstore in either olive green or red.
